Our range of Gift Hampers are shipped via Courier, to ensure speedy and safe arrival of your goods. You
may need to sign to accept goods sent through this service.
Accessories will be sent via Australia Post.
Refunds Policy
If the customer is not happy with the purchase, Pet Pamper Hampers will exchange
any products with any other products of equal value, minus postage and handling costs, once
the purchase has been returned to Pet Pamper Hampers and the following conditions are met:
Pet Pamper Hampers has received the original purchase within 10 days after the goods were received by the customer
The product is in original condition, including all packaging and accessories
The product is able to be re-sold
The product has not been used
Please note, the shipping and handling costs from the original purchase will not be refunded.
Exchange of goods will be subject to usual shipping costs for that type of product.
