Why should I shop online at Pet Pamper Hampers?
Our store is open 24 hours 7days a week, we never close! So you can feel free to browse through our constantly changing range of pet products whenever you (& your pooch or feline) feel the need! Plus there is no car parking required!
How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept major credit cards MasterCard, Visa and BankCard.
All transaction details are processed through our secure server, using industry strength 128-bit encryption. This means that your details are encypted by your browser before sending across the Internet. All personal details are kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.
Other payment options available are direct deposit, cheque, money order or via phone.
Please note that if cheque, direct deposit or money order methods are used funds will need to be cleared prior to your items being sent.

Are my credit card details secure?
Being an online shopper myself, I understand the importance of credit card safety. I have looked thoroughly into this and can assure you that your credit card details will not be left wandering through cyber space looking for trouble.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We regret that once your order has been received it cannot be altered or cancelled.
When will I be charged for my order?
In most cases your card will be charged within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please be advised that should your card be declined your order will not be sent and we will contact you to arrange alternative payment method.
Do you custom design Pet Pamper Hampers?
Yes we can custom design a hamper for you, in addition hampers may also be upgraded to include most other items you see throughout our online gift gallery. Please email or call us to discuss your requirements
Can you cater for bulk Corporate Orders? Such as prizes or other promotions?
Yes we certainly have experience in catering for small and large business promotions. Hampers may be custom designed to cater for your needs, with special attention paid to any particular colour themes or style you may require. Please contact us for further information.
May I add a personal message on a gift card?
Absolutely. Once you have chosen your gifts, proceed to the checkout and enter your personal message into the comments box. This message will then be placed on the hand-made gift card.
SHIPPING
What method of delivery is used?
For the individual gift purchases your order will be sent via Australia Post. Should you order from our exclusive range of Pet Pamper Hampers, your order will be dispatched via Fastway Couriers.
Approximate delivery schedule is as follows:
Brisbane Metro and South-East Qld – Next day service
North Qld – 1 -2 day service
Sydney, Canberra – 1 – 2 day service
Melbourne, Adelaide – 2 -3 day service
Perth – 3 – 7 day service
Hobart, Darwin – 7 – 10 day service
How much will shipping cost?
Within Australia shipping charges are based upon weight, dimension and destination postcode of your parcel are automatically calculated at time of checkout.
When will my order arrive?
All orders (when items are in stock) are dispatched within 2 – 3 working days of receiving your payment. Delivery times vary depending upon destination. Please note no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays
Do you ship goods internationally?
At this stage, we regrettably do not send our products internationally. We are certainly looking into expanding our delivery system so stay tuned for further advice.
