When your Pet Hamper is shipped, an email containing the track-and-trace information would have been sent to you.
If you have not received this information please

Track your Pet Hamper
To contact Fastway by phone, logon to their contact page and select your location.
All gifts and hampers are packaged with care and safety in order to avoid damage or
breakage. In the event a product is delivered damaged/ faulty please inform Pet Pamper
Hampers within 5 days of delivery. We will be more than happy to replace that item once
it has been posted back to Pet Pampers Hampers and deemed faulty/damaged. A replacement
item will then be promptly posted back to the recipient.
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery
information may result in delays in delivery. If Pet Pamper Hampers is charged a
re-delivery fee by our courier because of inaccurate delivery details, this charge will
be passed onto you.
